The Atomic Bomb

Updated: Apr 22, 2020

The atomic bomb (above) is most likely the most dangerous bomb in the world. It's how the Allies won World War II. It has many features that will leave you as a pile of dust.

World War II was a terrible time for everyone. The German, Japanese, and Italian had formed an alliance, and they were ready to take over the world together. The Italians were the first to surrender. Then Adolf Hitler killed himself, causing the German to surrender next. Then, it was down to the Allies against the Japanese.

We had built the atomic bomb when we saw this coming. We took two and dropped them on Hiroshima and Nagasaki of Japan. Here were the results of the attack:

-It blasted down trees and buildings.

-It killed over 220,000 people.

-It let off radiation and other diseases that killed more people.

-If people were not killed, they were blinded. The bomb melted the backs of their eyes.

-The Allies won WWII.

We showed Japan that even if they try to take over what is not theirs, we have a few tricks up our sleeves that are murderous, yes, but very important to what is right.

Our teacher showed us a video about what happened. I nearly cried. There were skeletons everywhere. They even showed us a small baby, all on it's own with a dead family, most likely. It was very sad, but we knew it had to be done.
